Former Secretary to the Delta State Government and the Okiroro of Isoko Nation, Comrade (Chief) Ovuozourie Samuel Macaulay, has extended warm congratulations to former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on the occasion of his 68th birthday anniversary, describing him as an outstanding leader, mentor, and statesman whose legacy continues to shape the political and developmental landscape of Delta State.

 

 

In a congratulatory message issued to mark the occasion, Macaulay commended Chief Ibori’s visionary leadership, courage, and unwavering commitment to the growth and transformation of Delta State. He noted that the former governor’s remarkable achievements in public service have continued to inspire generations of leaders and strengthened the foundation for sustainable development in the state.

 

 

The former Delta SSG praised Ibori for his enduring contributions to good governance, describing him as a trailblazer whose administration laid the groundwork for significant socio-economic progress.
